Ken Siegel, the principal of Oak Arbor Group, has more than 30 years of experience advising global businesses that provide enterprise software, software as a service (SAAS) and hardware products and solutions to customers in the telecommunications, semiconductor, security, healthcare, automotive, financial services industries and to the U.S. government.
Following a successful first phase as an attorney (and partner) at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Ken's second career phase was serving on the leadership teams of technology companies ranging from pre-IPO to large, public companies. In phase three, Ken utilizes his experience as an advisor to executives and Boards of Directors, as a member of executive management teams and as a chief legal officer with responsibility for legal affairs including compliance, to provide executives with perspectives on day-to-day business and operational challenges.
